Buji provides a platform that connects users with third-party clinics and health service providers abroad. Buji may assist by suggesting clinics, facilitating consultations, and helping you identify suitable providers. However, Buji is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified medical professional regarding any health concerns.

All payments for treatments, services, or related arrangements are made to Buji. We then transfer the appropriate funds to the selected clinic or provider on your behalf. By using the App, you authorize Buji to handle payments in this manner. Payment terms, refunds, or changes are subject to the policies of the respective clinic or provider. Buji does not assume liability for any discrepancies, but will use reasonable efforts to assist in resolving payment-related issues.

Provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account and during consultations or bookings.
Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Follow any clinic or provider instructions, guidelines, or policies for the treatments you receive.

Information provided through the App, including suggested clinics or services, is for general informational purposes only. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified medical professional before making any treatment decisions.

Clinics and healthcare professionals are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Buji. Buji is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any treatments or services. Any relationship formed between you and a clinic or provider is strictly between those parties.

All trademarks, logos, and content within the App are owned or licensed by Buji. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the App without prior written permission.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Buji makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or services. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buji will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information provided through it.
